ENERGY
The bre.Lux Power Unit 21
power LEDs in 3 different capacities,
from 370 nm to 500 nm. The LEDs have a
useful life of 20,000 hours.
The bre.Lux
LED N manual lamp (with spiral cable)
features a capacity ranging from 370 nm
to 500 nm. The flexible hose - with
receptacle ring for the manual lamp -
serves as a third hand and allows
two-handed work. |

CONSISTENCY
The membrane keyboard already comes with
several parameters. On the left side:
Reduced power for the start-up phase
with 20 and 40 seconds and for
continuous operation at full power as
well. The combinations (such as start-up
with reduced power) can be combined with
the programmed running times of 60 to
360 seconds according to demand.
Example: 40 seconds with reduced power
combined with a 180-second total running
time means the total running time is
lowered from 180 to about 40 seconds,
and the running time would still be 140
seconds under full power.

The
chamber volume easily accommodates 2
bre.Lux UpDown revolving tables to allow
optimal use: The model on the table with
shorter legs, the stumps on the table in
reversed position and therefore on
longer legs. The height difference
between model and individual stumps can
be superbly compensated with the UpDown
function – with almost the same distance
to the light source. |
The
brightly polished stainless steel table
in 89 x 89 mm format with 20 and
35-mm-high legs can compensate the leg
heights of the parts to be deposited by
the previously selected leg height, thus
varying the resulting light source
distance. The high polish offer
excellent reflection, and the numerous
holes and oval sections allow the
attachment of individual stubs and
bridge work. Naturally, complete models
can also be placed on it. |

Variant with power pack
unit can be purchased optionally as
individual unit. The bre.Lux LED N
manual lamp with power pack unit is
equipped with LEDs having a capacity
from 370 nm to 500 nm. Suitable for
hardening crea.lign and light-hardening
stub varnishes or for fixing combo.lign
as well as for polymerizing during
laminating. The pre-programmed control
panel offers the 15- or 30-second
options or continuous operation. |
The Flex Holder was
developed for two-handed work, as is the
case during laminating. The manual lamp
can be easily mounted. The brushed
stainless steel plate (6 x 120 mm) with
the approx. 22.5-cm flexible hose and
receptacle ring take over the function
of a third hand. With the flexible hose,
the lamp can be brought into the needed
position. |
