What is the procedure on returning a product?

If you have tried a product and it is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, we will provide a credit, exchange, or refund, it’s your choice. Simply call us at 305-233-3312 to arrange for the return.

How long to I have to return a product?

30 days from the date in the invoice.

Is there a restocking fee?

We have several products that, due to FDA regulations, we cannot accept back if the seals are broken. Any returned products that require repackaging are typically charged a restocking fee (15%).

I ordered the wrong item, what do I do?

Send it back with the seals intact within 30 days and we will give you a full refund and help you find the correct product for your needs.
