Prepare for furnace soldering in the usual
manner. Apply well-stirred Super-Flux on the
soldering gap. |
After soldering, remove Super-Flux residues with
a pickling agent or with abrasive beads, grind
the soldering points smooth and polish them. |
No discoloration of the ceramic and reliable
solder connection allow time-saving working. |
 |
 |
 |
|
Preheat the investment model slightly
(50-100°C). Super-Flux will fill the soldering
gap more easily. Apply only a small quantity of
Super-Flux. |
Sandblast the connecting point after soldering.
The solder has penetrated into the soldering gap
in a perfect way. |
Super-Flux ensures absolutely reliable solder
connections. |
 |
 |
 |
|
Prior to soldering, sandblast CrCo elements
using 110 µ aluminum oxide. |
Flux residues and oxide are removed with a
sandblasting unit. |
Grind the soldering point smooth and polish it.
Perfect solder connections are obtained with
Super-Flux. |
