Certain products will be made available to you by XPdent Corp. ("Company", "us", "we") through our website www.xpdent.com ("Site", "Store"). By purchasing any products through the Site, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and Return Policy in effect at the time of purchase ("Purchase Terms"). These Purchase Terms are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, in Company's sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any purchases made after such changes are posted on the Site. Therefore, you should review these Purchase Terms prior to each purchase so you will understand the terms applicable to such transaction. If you do not agree to these Purchase Terms, do not make any purchases on the Site.
 

MERCHANDISE

XPdent Corp., in its reasonable discretion, holds the right to refuse a refund or exchange for any product. Requests for a refund or exchange can be made on a product that is defective or if a product does not meet your reasonable expectations. Returns are only valid on a product purchased within 30 days of the date noted on the customer's invoice. We do not accept any product returns If your product was damaged in transit. All purchases are subject to XPdent policies and procedures relating to shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges, as outlined in the Terms of Sales or on the Site.

To make any of the above requests, please contact our support at +1-877-328-3965 detailing the sales order number and the product for which you would like a refund or exchange, along with a description of your concern or complaint. If your product was damaged in transit or you deemed it to be defective, please attach pictures of the item for our review. 

Before a return can be considered, it must meet all the conditions listed below:

  • Returns must be arranged within 30 days of the date noted on the customer's invoice.
  • Returns must have authorization from XPdent Corp, before shipment.
  • All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Items must be returned complete and unused in the original container, unmarked, with seals intact. All items should be returned unopened.
  • Returns on Special orders cannot be exchanged or redeemed as credit.
  • Any item shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • The customer is able to cover the cost of return freight. 
  • Returns must be sent by a traceable carrier (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.).
  • Item prices subject to change without notice.
 
XPdent is not responsible for any fees required to ship the product back to our facility. If your return does not follow all of the policies listed above, XPdent holds the right to refused the return and/or charge the customer a restocking fee. Otherwise, if the returns fall in line with our policies you will receive appropriate compensation for your product.

 

INITIALIZING A RETURN 

To initialize a return please contact our support department at +1-877-328-3965. Please be ready with any details that can facilitate your return. Once you have spoken to one of our representatives you will receive a Return Merchandize Authorization Number (RMA). With this number, you are now ready to proceed with the return process. While preparing your return make sure to follow the guidelines listed below: 

  • With the RMA Number issued by XPdent, you must place it on the outside of the package of the item you are returning. We will not accept any packages without the inclusion of the RMA Number.
  • Place a copy of the invoice enclosed within the package of the item you are returning. All items should be returned unopened; Items must be returned complete and unused in the original container, unmarked, with seals intact. 
  • Create a shipping label, verifying the return address is as follows: XPdent Corp, 12145 S W 131 Avenue Miami, FL 33186
  • Taking note of the Tracking Number, apply the label to the package. 

 

Important: Absolutely no returns will be accepted on items with broken seals or incomplete cards of teeth.

 


 

CONVENIENT PAYMENT OPTIONS

Bill Your Order to Your Open Account:

Open accounts are welcome and may be established following a review of a completed application. Open account invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice. (Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month).

Pay by Check, C.O.D. or by Visa, M/C, A/X or Discover. There is no minimum order at XPdent. All orders are payable in U.S. Dollars. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Freight Options:

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Special Overnight, 2nd-Day, and 3rd-Day delivery are available at an additional cost.

Special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit when order is placed.

All orders placed with Free, or UPS Ground shipping will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Orders placed with Next day air, 2nd-day air, or 3-day select must be submitted by 5 pm EST for same-day shipping (shipping times excludes weekends, and holidays).
