BOX in methacrylate fitted with easy-to-replace transparent protection screen, grid on the bottom allowing to separate grinding debris plus a micro blasting TANK assembled on stainless steel support, instant stop thanks to the EASY module; filter, pressure reducer and pressure gauge, pneumatic foot-control + a constant pneumatic SUCTION system to eliminate the fine dust produced by aluminum oxide.

Applications

 – ideally suited for the preparation of the retention wall for fixed prosthesis, before cementation

– finishing for CAD-CAM milled elements.

Installation

Ideastudio DOES NOT need any electric connection, only a pneumatic connection.

It has been noticed in this period (Covid-19) where extensive use of alcohol-based products is used to disinfect surfaces that these substances, when they come into contact with plexiglass (polymethylmethacrylate) create irreversible cracks. Please be careful to avoid damaging the product.
